Welcome to Worcester City Council's Planning Services online consultation portal

Your comments are an extremely important part of the planning process as they are taken into consideration when government make decisions about planning policy, particularly in your local area. Public consultation is a statutory part of the planning process so your comments are taken very seriously.

Consultations can take the form of documents, questionnaires/surveys or forums on a given policy.

Most of the consultations (but not all) shown below under 'list view'  have an accompanying document or leaflet that you may need to refer to. These are shown below under 'supporting documents'.

You can print any of the information shown here too.

You can also search for Comments by clicking on 'Who Said What?' above. Only the comments/responses to consultations are viewable. Personal details are private and not viewable by the public.

If you require any help using the online consultation portal please telephone our customer service centre on 01905 722233, who will put you through to a member of the planning team.

Most of our consultations do not require you to log in so you can just click on any of the subject links shown below and fill in the questionnaire or type in your comments. In some instances, you will be asked to register or log in before being able to participate in a consultation. To register please click on the 'Register' link within the 'Login' section. There are benefits to registering: you will automatically be added to the consultee database so will be kept informed as the policy documents progress.

Thank you for commenting.
